• Time Frame for summer work– Last day of school for teachers was Thursday, June 24,

2009. Work began immediately after that.– The 42 work days between June 30 and August 27

described the time frame for all the moving and work.

An area of old ceiling previously abated as a result of water damage

The old ceiling was removed in preparation for the installation of fire protection (sprinkler system), new lights and a new suspended ceiling.

In the process of replacing the gym ceiling the gym floor was damaged.

The floor was sanded, lines repainted and new coats of sealant applied.

Excavation and extensive new piping was required to add the new sprinkler system.
