1. MEMBERSHIP

GENERAL

1.1 is a membership and reward programme operated by Aneka Retail ( M ) Sdn. Bhd. for the benefit of the

customers of Pasaraya Aneka.

1.3 Membership is open to all customers above Twelve ( 12 ) years of age with a valid I/C or Passport and a permanentresidential address in Malaysia.

1.5 Approval for renewal of membership is at the absolute discretion of condition set in this application form. and allrenewal must be done at the membership maintaining outlet of Pasaraya Aneka.

1.9 In the even of termination of the membership, all the points accumulate in the account will be considered null and void.1.10 Members are requested to notify the nearest Pasaraya Aneka outlet of any change of personal particulars.

2.4 points are accumulated on 2 (TWO) years basic. points earned by the card member in every quarter

each year shall expire 2 years from the last day of the last month for each quarter.Example:- Quarter Period Expiry Date

2.5 Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, adjust or deduct the points accumulated by the members in theeven that:- Any points are suspected of being fraudulently recorded.

Any points are recorded in errorAny points related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been givenSuspecting use of other member's card.

3. REDEMPTION3.1 Only valid card members with sufficient points are eligible for gift redemption.3.2 Redemption can only be make by the card members personally and not by any other representative.3.3 Members are required to produce their and valid I/C or passport for verification upon redemption of gifts.

3.6 All gifts are subject to availability, Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute or replace items with otheritems of an approximately equivalent value at any time without prior notice to the member and without assigning anyreasons whatsoever. For unavailable requested gift items, please allow 21 working days for reorder after receive ofrequested order.

3.8 Once redeemed, these gifts cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged and points will not be reinstated. giftitems with warranty period that needs repair should be make within 7 (Seven) days from date of redemption with receiptand in original packaging.

4.1 Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the programme in whole or in part at any time itdeems necessary. In such a case, Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd without give notice to members in the manner Aneka Retail(M) Sdn Bhd deems appropriate and without any compensation whatsoever being payable to members.

4.2 Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use and utilise the database information of members for marketingpurpose.

4.3 Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd s decision on all matter relating to the programme shall be final and binding on

members and no correspondence, complaints, claims by the member will be entertained.4.4 Aneka retail (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to omit, add or amend the terms and conditions herein from time

to time at their sole discretion without any prior notice.

2 MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES

2.1 One (1) point shall be awarded for every purchase of RM1.00 in any of the Pasaraya Aneka outlet, except

purchase of Aneka Gift Voucher, P.W.P promotional items, rental counters, Service and Repair charges, Transport fee andSpecial Promotional Counters.

2.2 During promotional sales, only cardholder is allowed to purchase a-kad price items. price items are

exclusive for cardholder only, any person found using other person members card or found member letting their

to others person to purchase Price items will result in termination of membership.

2.3 Members must present the to the cashier before every transaction to ensure that spending amount is recorded

and point are accumulated . Failure to do so will result in no point being awarded for the amount spends. Non claim orbackdated receipts will not be accepted for purpose of point accumulations.

4 UMUM

1.1 adalah kad pengenalan bagi Program Ganjaran yang dianjurkan oleh Aneka Retail ( M ) Sdn. Bhd. untuk

kelebihan pelanggan Pasaraya Aneka.1.2 bukan kad kredit, kad caj atau kad diskaun.

1.3 Keahlian terbuka kepada individu yang berumur 12 tahun dan ke atas yang mempunyai Kad Pengenalan atau

Paspot dan alamat kediaman tetap di Malaysia.1.4 Bayaran pemprosesan untuk ahli adalah RM5.00 setiap satu tahun.

1.5 Kelulusan pembaharui tertakluk sepenuhnya kepada pihak Aneka Retail M Sdn Bhd dan memenuhi

syarat syarat dan peraturan dalam borang ini.

1.6 Bayaran RM5.00 akan dikenakan untuk setiap permohonan penggantian kad baru yang disebabkan kehilangan, kecurianatau kerosakan

2.1 Untuk setiap RM1.00 yang dibelanjakan, satu mata ganjaran akan dikumpul KECUALI belian Baucer Aneka, KaunterSewaan, Bayaran Penghantaran, Bayaran Pembaiki, dan Perkhimatan.

juruwang sebelum urusniaga dilakukan, jika tidak berbuat demikian mata ganjaran tidak dapat dikumpul. Sebarangresit dengan tarikh lepas tidak dilayan.

2.4 Mata ganjaran adalah sah dalam dua (2) tahun dari tarikh mata ganjaran dikumpulkan. Selepas dua tahun

mata ganjaran akan dilupuskan pada setiap suku tahun.Contoh:- Suku tahun Jangka Masa Tarikh Lupus

2.5 Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd berhak membatalkan, mengubah atau menolak mata ganjaran yang dikumpulkan oleh ahliatas sebab-sebab:- Disyaki berlaku penipuan semasa pengumpulan mata ganjaran.

Kesilapan semasa merekod mata ganjaran.Pembatalan belian.Disyaki mengunakan yang bukan miliknya.

3.1 Hanya ahli yang sah dengan mata ganjaran yang mencukupi dibenarkan menukar hadiah mata ganjaran

3.2 Tuntutan hadiah perlu dibuat oleh ahli sendiri. Sebarang wakil tidak akan dilayan.3.3 Ahli dikehendaki menunjukkan dan Kad Pengenalan atau Paspot untuk pengesahan semasa penukaran mata

ganjaran.

3.5 Mata ganjaran yang dikumpul tidak boleh dipindah milik atau dijual kepada sesiapa.3.6 Hadiah tuntutan mata ganjaran adalah berdasarkan stok sedia ada. Aneka Retail ( M ) berhak mengganti atau menukar

hadiah mata ganjaran dengan hadiah lain yang sama nilainya pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis. Untuk barangan yangtidak mempunyai stok sila tunggu 21 hari untuk membuat persediaan.

3.7 Hadiah yang dituntut perlu diambil oleh ahli sendiri.3.8 Hadiah mata ganjaran yang telah dituntut tidak boleh tukar atau dikembalikan. Sekiranya hadiah yang ada jaminan

didapati terdapat kerosakan, sila kembalikan seperti keadaan asal dalam tempoh tujuh ( 7 ) hari.

4.1 Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd berhak membatalkan segala program pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis dan segala

kerugian ahli tidak ditanggung oleh Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd.

4.2 Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd berhak untuk menggunakan pengkalan data pelanggan untuk tujuan promosi dan pemasaran.4.3 Aneka Retail (M) Sdn Bhd berhak membuat keputusan berkaitan program dan sebarang rayuan dari pihak ahli
