    Mr. Andron,

I am in receipt of EPWU data regarding the stoppage of the Canal WTP from 8-1-06 to 8-14-06 during the Storm2006 and water quality data collected on 8-22-06 above and below (it is specified in the report) of the collapsed

    canal-liner.

I would like an explanation from you about why you told me on 8/31 that this EPWU water quality data did notexist; and, I would like a full disclosure, under the honest services provision of the mail and wire fraud act and th

TX Open records law, of EPWU records pertaining to contamination of the old upper American Canal. Pleaseextend the date from 8/1/2006 to the current date, now.

As this request is for the public good and not personal gain, I would like any fees waived.

    thank you,

    Dear Ms. Gutierrez,

Please verify that the EPWU has absolutely no documents/information (phone logs/email includepertaining to the water they are processing from the damaged old american canal (the liner isextremely damaged on the old upper American Canal, just before it passes beneath Paisano). I wassured at the recent IBWC meeting from many government-attendees that they drink City water

without additional home-filtration systems, because they know that the water is o.k. - even after t

major flooding and the event of the canal-liner-buckling/bending (passes over 24 million of Asarcontaminated ground-water/dirt).
