NSRS Deployed after PRR 650 The following information details each instance of Non-Spin
Reserve Service (NSRS) that has been deployed since September 2006, the implementation of PRR 650, Balancing energy Price Adjustment Due to Non-Spinning Reserve Service Energy deployment. The data compiled specifically addresses four key factors of NSRS deployment. These factors are: date, MW amount, intervals deployed, and reason for deployment. Operator logs were used to obtain the reason for deployment, however those logs are archived for only two years of historical data. Hence, the NSRS deployments shown prior to December, 2006 will not have a reason for deployment listed due to the lack of historical archives.
