Twenty years ago this group of residents paired their love for knitting with the desire to make a difference in the greater community. Their acts of dedication and kindness have resulted in 9,000 sweaters donated to underserved children in the Tucson community. In addition to yarn donations they accept monetary contributions then used to purchase yarn. Please be sure to view the unique sweaters which will be displayed in The Fountains hallways through October. Our All Souls Event, a fi rst of its kind here will feature Tucson Pops Harpist Rebecca Foreman and Watermark’s Jill Hofer with a Poi movement with fi re performance on Friday, October 30, 2015 at

3:00pm on the Catalina Patio. All Souls Day is typically celebrated on November 2 and it is often referred to as Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). This is a day of prayer for deceased loved ones.
