TERMS &CONDITIONS

1. Prices The quoted prices unit Ex-works prices and it is in

Indian Rupees only.

2. Packing & Forwarding Extra @ 2.5%3. Excise Duty: will be charged extra as applicable Pumps 4.12% Pump-set 4.12% Spares / Accessories 8.24% Motor 8.24% However in case of any changes in excise duty

during the time of delivery the same is applicable toClients account

4. Sales Tax: Extra as applicable Extra @ 2% against formC and in absence ofform C 4% VAT will be charged extra. However in

case of any changes in sales tax during the time ofdelivery the same is applicable to Clients account.

5. Terms of Delivery

Ex-works, Chinchwad, Pune.

6. Freight & Transit Insurance

Extra at actual

7. Delivery Period Horizontal Pumps: 4 - 5 Months from the date of

drawings/documents approval.

Vertical Pumps: 5 - 6 months from the date ofdrawings/documents approval.

Large Vertical pumps: 10-12 months from the dateof drawings/documents approval.

8. Documentation for approval We request you to please approve the General

Assembly Drawings, Cross Sectional Drawings &Data Sheets within 10 days of submission forissuing manufacturing clearance to the factory.Please note we will be able to proceed with themanufacturing activities only after approval ofdrawings/data sheets.

9. Inspection/Testing Applicable. However third party inspection charges

if any to Clients account.

We will be testing the pumps with lab motor.10 Terms of Payment: 30% advance along with the order. 70 % against proforma invoice.11 Liquidated Damages Not acceptable.

12 Guarantee The Equipment offered is guaranteed for a period is

18 months from the date of supply or 12 monthsfrom the date of commissioning, whichever isearlier.

13 Statutory Variation

Any financial liability due solely to any statutoryvariations in taxes, duties and other levies,including the imposition of fresh levies, asapplicable at the time of supply or duringassessment by the relevant GovernmentAuthorities, will be fully to the account of thePurchaser or Owner or Client or Customer.

14 Force Majeure Time, being the essence of the contract, if we are

prevented from discharging our obligation under thisby reason of arrests of restraints by Government orpeople, war blockade, revolution, insurrection,mobilization, strikes, civil commotion, acts of God,epidemics, destruction of materials by fire or floodor other natural calamities interfering withproduction, loading or discharge, the time ofdelivery shall be extended suitably. Invokingprotection under this clause shall within areasonable period of occurrence of Force Majeurecauses put the other party on notice supported bycertificate from appropriate authority and shalllikewise intimate the cessation of such cases. Thedelivery shall be resumed again by us within areasonable time frame from the cessation of theforce majeure causes.

The purchaser or owner or client cannot claim anycompensation from us on account of force majeure.

15 Risk Purchase We regret our inability to accept Risk Purchase by

the Purchaser or owner or client under anycircumstances.

16 Legal Jurisdiction All disputes arising out of this enquiry or tender or

subsequent order/contract will be subject to PuneJurisdiction.

17 Validity This offer is valid up to 30 days from the date of

tender opening. Thereafter it is subject to our

confirmation.

18 Price Variation Clause. Our prices are subject to IPMA / IEEMA Price

variation clause as applicable.
