Case Studies - A2Dominion Group Case Study - BSkyB

About us

We provided strategic advice on the consolidation of regional offices into one regional headquarter. Including: expert consultancy services, planning and procurement from inception to completion.

The project consisted of the demolition of an existing office block and construction of a new 7 storey, 30,000sqft office building on the Uxbridge Road. The building has been designed to achieve a very good BREEAM rating and incorporate the use of sustainable technologies such as a rainwater harvesting system and Photovoltaic panels.

This project consisted of the reconfiguration and refurbishment of a large office building within the studios campus of BSkyB. Most notably consisting of moving several of BskyB’s work teams into and around the studios campus, which caused numerous logistical challenges. The construction work that took place included the remodelling of staff areas, the creation of new cellular offices, touchdown areas and meeting rooms.

The office moves that took place throughout the project were technically complex and therefore required detailed programme management. We maintained constant communication with the stakeholders and project team to complete on time and within a very strict budget.
