We are all born to be leaders….
Good leaders make people feel that they are at the very heart of things, not at the edge or boundary. Everyone feels that he/she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens, people feel centered and that gives their work meaning. As a leader we must build individuals we come across in our lives to become aspiring leaders, leaders may occasionally put themselves at risk for the benefit of others, but in the end everything is just worth it.
