When setting up Google Analytics for clients you must set up a separate Google Analytics account for each business entity.1.  Although you would think initially to have all of the reports in one GA account, the Terms and Agreements on Google's site require separate accounts.This is the same requirement when using AdWords, so is familiar to those agencies.

If you had all clients under one GA account besides not abiding by the Google Service Agreement:

1.  There's a limit of 50 profiles per GA account.  

2.  Importing of AdWords (E-Commerce) data is by default applied to all profiles.

3.  Even using filters, data would wind up in another client's report.

• Breach of client's data confidentiality.

There is a method allowing you to move between different client accounts easily:

1.  Using the drop down menu next to "My Analytics Accounts"  just select the account you wish to view.

You must use the same Google login for each Google Analytics account you create or manage.

2.  You can also create a new account from this menu.

Account Considerations

1. The max number of GA accounts you can create with the drop-down menu is 25.

However:

• There is no limit on the number of GA accounts that can be associated with your Google login.

2. An unlimited number of clients can add your Google login email address as Administrator or report viewer and they will show in the "My Analytics Accounts" drop-down menu.

Having access to more than 25 accounts

1. In the event you need more than 25 Google Analytics Accounts:

Setup a secondary Google login and use this for creating  an interval of 25 more Google Analytics Accounts.

Once created, you simply add your primary Google login as an administrator which will then show under the "My Analytics Accounts" drop-down list.
