Your place can be secured by paying a deposit—either half the overall cost or $100, whichever is lesser. The balance must be paid at least 5 days before the event, otherwise the refund policy applies. NOTE: Some trips may differ—please check details on confirmation letter.

Come along for a fusion of Indian dancing. Our tutor will give us a taste of three different types of Indian dancing. Wear something Indian, e.g. scarf, clothing, jewellery and we will have an Indian meal together after the class.

Last week of July, leaving on the 21st July returning on the 29th July, with seven nights in Samoa. We will fly from New

8 April — Mitre 10 Rainbow Run $ 30*
Walk as a group in this fun rainbow run. Dress up or wear old clothes as you will be covered with paint bombs at stations along the route from East End to Ngamotu Beach. I did this last year and it was such awesome fun. A prize giving will take place at Ngamotu Beach on completion. Register early as this event has a fixed number of entrants.

28 - 29 April — On Yer Bike Winery Tour $ 170*
Bike Hire, accommodation and transport tickets are purchased for you but you will need to bring snacks, a packed lunch for Saturday and money for tastings at the wineries should you wish to partake (these are usually $5 which is sometimes refunded on purchase of wine from the winery) approx. 8 vineyards. Have you played tennis before? Had a break away and feeling a little rusty? Well here is your chance to give the old age game a go. The Huatoki Tennis Club have offered to allow us to brush up our skills or if you have never played before give it a go. Use of racquets and tennis balls supplied by Club. The event will end with a catch up and afternoon tea.

The track from Puniho Road to Kahui Hut is a gentle uphill tramp. At the Hut we will have a well-deserved break. This track, has beautiful bush and is not as challenging as the Pouakai Track. However, a good moderate level of fitness will be required for this tramp

Calling all Annie’s, come and have a fun afternoon. Experience shooting targets 25 yards away with a .22 Single Shot calibre rifle. Nothing physical, all equipment supplied, all you need is your sharp eye. Club members will be on hand for training and supervision.

Come and do your bit for the Kiwi population and our future generations. Join me in a volunteer weekend where we will help trim the tracks Saturday afternoon and take the opportunity to enjoy all the back-country has to offer. Staying in the on-site accommodation overnight we are sure to hear the night calls of the Kiwi. Sunday morning we will take a walk around the area with Bob and Karen Schumacher. We will end the weekend with lunch at Kauri Cottage, Egmont Village.

Spend a day travelling around our very own Taranaki Arts Trail www.taranakiartstrail.co.nz. It’s the one weekend this year when many local artists open up their homes, studios and galleries. A great chance to check out a wide variety of local artwork and to hear artists chat about their works and inspiration.
