SUMMARY
This paper presents a brief on tasks identified during the Fifth Meeting of Bay
of Bengal, Arabian Sea And Indian Ocean Region and review the progress
made on these action items.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Fifth ATS Coordination Meeting of the Bay of Bengal Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean
(BOBASIO) Region was held at Hotel Radisson Blue, Delhi, India from 31st August to 2nd
September, 2015.
1.2 The fifth meeting was attended by 67 participants including 19 international delegates from
Maldives, Nepal, Seychelles, Singapore, Somalia, Thailand, MAAR and IATA.
1.3 Thirteen (13) Working Papers (WPs) and Seven (7) Information Papers (IPs) were
presented to the meeting

2. DISCUSSION
2.1 The action items adopted at BOBASIO/5 are presented in “Annexure A”.
2.2 Details of the conclusions and decisions can be found in the BOBASIO/5 Meeting report.
