What we do

Quay Side Yard

TECHNOMAK's expertise in multiple disciplines like Engineering, Structural fabrication, Equipment Fabrication, Electrical and Instrumentation works makes us the perfect one stop shop for fabrication of modules.

Our facility is situated in Hamriyah free zone with quay side yard of water depth around 8 metres allowiing us to carry out major load outs. Also our access to Hamriyah port with water depth of 20 metres facilitates loadout of extra-large structures and models across the globe. Our work force is well experienced to handle all kind of jobs well within timeframe, complying to HSE standards.

We undertake offshore and onshore works like Jackets, Top Sides, Flare towers, Skids Shoes, Pipe Racks, Anchor Piles, Boat landing platform, pipe spools, Modification of Sub sea works, E-houses etc.

Our quay side access facilitates loadouts of extra-large structures and models across the globe and we havea dedicated installation crew who can do the offshore works.

Our module business involves detailed engineering, procurement and construction of topside modules for FPSOs (floating production storage and offloading vessels) and F-LNG (floating liquefied natural gas). The topside modules typically consist of modules of specialized process and control equipment such as separators,heat exchangers, coolers, pumps, electrical equipment, process piping, control valves and control panels, which areinstalled on steel structural frames and connected as per the lay-out drawings of the specific FPSO and F-LNG. Other topside modules include power generation module and accommodation module. When installed, the topsidemodules would enable a FPSO to function as designed, mainly to process, store and offload hydrocarbons in an offshore environment.

Shutdown jobs are most critical for the working of a plant and we understand the importance of that. We have a dedicated team which caters to these needs, so the jobs are given top priority and completed ahead ofschedule.

The broad range of knowledge and experience in industrial plant maintenance services, which includes civil,mechanical and electrical (M&E), power construction and shutdown/outage services, enables us to respondto the particular needs of each client in the most effective way possible. Prefabricated building solutions currently focused for Petro-chemical or Oil and Gas fields are mainly Electrical substations, Offshore Accommodations, Control rooms, Workshops, laboratory rooms, Galley, ITR’s, ETR’s, LER’s offices, Living quarters, mud logging units, wire line units, etc. The main benefit of prefabricated buildings is that it can be easily assembled and disassembled at site.We can offer buildings suitable for any area of classification from Safe Area to Zone 2 or Zone 1 complying with ATEX and IEC standards. Buildings can be provided with blast rating and fire rating of A0 to H120 or J60. There is no restriction on size, height or weight of the buildings. Quay side facility is an added advantage for clients to choose TECHNOMAK for requirements of over sized buildings.
