There are many reasons why chocolate is so popular. People like its rich

and delicious flavours. Some people think that chocolate is even better when

combined with fruit and nuts.

Eating chocolate has mental benefits, too. Many people eat chocolate when

they are stressed or upset. It is said that one ingredient of chocolate lowers

stress.
