Situation

Yoxall Lodge benefits from easy access off the A515 between Sudbury and Lichfield. On the A515 Heading South From Mitre Cross Roads: Travel towards Newchurch and Yoxall. On passing the former church on the left take the first left at the staggered cross roads into Scotch Hills, signed for Barton-under-Needwood. Continue up and down the dips for ¾ mile and turn right into the wide gravel driveway signed Oak View Barn. Travel down the drive, past the barn conversions and to the farm yard. ‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Value Added Tax - The vendors are registered for VAT purposes (no. 125 5814 74) and VAT at the standard rate will be charged in addition to the auction price where applicable. Refreshments - A caterer will be in attendance on the day.

Conditions of Sale – Bagshaws usual farm sale conditions of sale shall apply at this sale, copies of which are available from the Town offices or the on site sale office.

Cash – Under the money laundering regulations the auctioneers are unable to accept cash in sums greater than €15,000 (or its Sterling equivalent). Please contact the auctioneers to discuss methods of cash payment prior to the sale.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).

VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.

Buyers Premium – No buyers premium will be payable at this sale.

FOREWORD

The sale at Yoxall Lodge arises as a result of the retirement of Mr Richard Featherstone whose family have been on the holding since the 1940’s. All the cattle have already been sold off the farm via Bakewell market and this leaves a genuine dispersal of 2 MF tractors together with all the equipment. Various local vendors have included additional lots including 2 Ifor Williams Horse Trailers and other effects.
