• BIGGEST DOG SYNDROME… THEY DON’T MIND OTHER DOGS IN KENNEL TILL THEY ARE THE BIGGEST DOG.
• THEY TREAT SUCCEEOR AS ‘HENRY VIII TREATED WIFES.

• LEVEL 5 IS JUST NOT ABOUT HUMILITY AND MODESTY.
• IT IS ABOUT FEROCIOUS RESOLVE,STOIC DETERMINETION TO DO WHATEVER NEEDS TO BE DONE TO MAKE THE COMPANY GREAT.
• SELFLESS EXECUTIVE, SERVENT LEADERS.
• NOT ABOUT INSPINING PERSONALITY, RATHER IT IS ABOUT INSPIRED STANDARDS.
• ITS ABOUT PLOW HORSE AND SHOW HORSE.
THE WINDOW & THE MIRROR
• LEVEL 5 LOOK OUT OF THE WINOW TO APPORTION CREDIT TO FACTORS OUTSIDE THEMSELVES WHEN THINGS GO WELL .
• AT THE SAME TIME, THEY LOOK IN MIRROR TO APPORTION RESPONSIBILITY,NEVER BLAMING BAD LUCK WHEN THINGS GO POORLY.
