Alison Broadhead has established an expansive

and multi-disciplined wealth of expertise over

the past 25 years.

Alison’s frank, honest and direct, yet warm, compassionate and open minded approach to working has secured her a reputation of being both a force to be reckoned as well as one of the most compassionate leaders in the hospitality world.

Originally from Scotland, Alison’s experience has taken her to 8 countries across 5 different continents, holding positions all the way to C-suite level. This breath of experience has embedded a unique personal

philosophy that values the interconnection of contrasts.

Alison recognises and upholds the need to be both a champion and also a critic, to be tenacious but also patient and to be assertive whilst also being empathetic.

It is this compellingly paradoxical way of working that has enabled Alison to achieve proven transformational success for both herself and the individuals and business she has worked with.

Whilst I initially only had the pleasure of working with Alison for 6 months, I can confidently say, within that time she had the biggest positive impact on my professional life to date.
