Our theme this year is “Impact” and we are expecting our kids to never be the same again! We will learn what it means to truly have a servant’s heart like Jesus did and that to truly lead others, we must learn how to serve others. While camp is full of fun and exciting things to do such as climbing towers, zip lines and blobbing in the lake, camp is also where relationships are built. Not only relationships with friends, but more importantly with the Lord. It is important that young people learn how to “spend quiet time” with the Lord as this will enable them to reach the world for Jesus through their words and actions! We will begin to be changed from the inside out through devotions, small group time, large group teaching, powerful worship and prayer time. Camp is an experience like no other and I strongly encourage parents to be creative in finding a way to send their child to camp. It is one of the most powerful spiritual seasons in a young life and the impact will last a lifetime. Renae Luketic CLC Student Ministries Director [email protected]

We realize camp can be costly, especially for families with more than one child. We have planned three fundraisers this year to help raise funds. Fundraising is optional when registering your child for camp. Parents who choose to participate in fundraising will receive information including guidelines with participation expectations plus dates of fundraisers no later than March 1, 2011. Fundraisers this year will be entirely parent driven and staffed according to the new fundraiser guidelines. Parents will not have to be at every event for the entire time, but will sign up for shifts with their child.

Our 3 Fundraisers Will Be:

o Spaghetti Dinner in March/April o Yard Sale on May 14th. o Car Wash in June
