The Press conference for the 3rd Girnar Shiromani Puraskar-2014 was

held on 27th Sept. 2014 at DDK, Ahmedabad. This was addressed by Shri. Shivaji

Fulsundar, Dy. Director Gen. (Prog.), Shri. J. K. Chandira, Dy. Director Gen.

(Engg.) & Shri. Dharmendra Tewari, Jt. Director (News). This was attended by the

majority of the representatives of the vernacular press from Ahmdabad. This time DD Girnar had a Media Partnership with Rajsthan Patrika & Jaihind

Group of Publications.

The Event of the 3rd Girnar Shiromani Puraskar was organised on 29th Sept.

2014 at Tagore Hall, Paldi, Ahmedabad in the presence of Shri. Om Prakash Kohli,

Hon. Governor of Gujarat. The awardees were felicitated while in the colorful

cultural programme. The Prog. had a gathering of audience from the varied fields.

This was covered very gracefully by the vernacular press including the media
