Surprised at the announcement, senior Megan Reed and senior Alan Fullerton were crowned Homecoming Royalty at halftime during the homecoming football game on September 14. The tiara, crown, and flowers were presented to the couple by senior student council member Brooke Gaber. Royalty was voted by the entire student body during access period on September 12. “I was surprised. My knees were so shaky,” Reed said.

Passing under pressure, senior quarterback Drew Casebier throws to senior receiver Brennan Woodruff with the Pueblo West defender Braydon Barry nearby. Woodruff received the pass for eight yards and junior running back Peter Shearer received another pass for five yards on September 14. Casebier completed two passes and the Indians rushed for 250 yards but came up short for a 19 to 20 homecoming loss.
