Venue: Online Version - Skype / Zoom Registration deadline: 1 Feb 2021Payment deadline: 5 Feb 2021Refereeing Schedule: 23 - 28 Feb 2021Results announcement : 5 March 2021

The registration deadline for this competition will be until Feb 1. The online andoffline arbitration process (video submission) will be from Feb 23 to Feb 28 andthe results of the competition and the winners will be announced on March 5.

For international participants, all registration steps will be done by agencies in their country.

If there is no agency in your country, you can apply independently through the site.

Participants can choose online or offline judging depending on the circumstances.

Online arbitration is done via Skype/Zoom and the exact time of arbitration will be notified to

the participant via email.

If a participant chooses an offline arbitration, he/she must explain his/her project in a

maximum of 5 minutes .

Onl�ne Judg�ng

Participants who choose online judging must follow these tips:

Presentation can be done on Zoom / Skype platforms. You must notify your platform in advance

to coordinate with you. Judging time will be announced in advance.

Each team must be on time. Participants must turn on the camera during the presentation

The duration time of each presentation will be 10 minutes. 5 minutes to present the project and 5

minutes for Q&A. Participants must display a power point while presenting their project. Participants

must ensure a stable internet connection

The maximum duration of the submitted video should be 5 minutes.

It is recommended that the video be recorded in good light and sound conditions.

The recorded video must be sent via a link that will be emailed to you.
