Review meeting uder the chairmanship of Commissioner ( Development) Bihar,was held on 15.02.2008 for review of the progress under SGSY and it is observedthat only 89.23 crore ie 19% of target, has been disbursed under SGSY Scheme byall banks during 2007-08 which is not at all satisfactory.

Govt Authorities as well as our higher authorities have shown serious concern overit and have commented that if this trend will not reversed, it will be difficult toalleviate poverty.Special attention staff at all level is required· to achieve thedesired goal uilder this scheme.
