YOUTH For all Rotary clubs to engage in youth programs Every Rotary club shall have : 1 Rotaract club 1 Interact club Clubs are recommended to host a Local RYLA in September Clubs are encouraged to send participants in the District RYLA October Clubs are encouraged to participate in the YEP.
