The group MOAB A.K.A. Mother Of All Bands was awarded the Joint Service Achievement Medal for the exceptional contributions to the overall morale and mission adhancement to CJTF-1 RC East ISAF Forces and civilians. Lead singer Specialist Rettig sings as well as plays the guitar in this Acoustic Rock /Pop group that has stolen the hearts of U.S. and Coalition Forces in Afghanistan .Sergeant Smelser is a season gui-tarist and music performance team (MPT) leader for MOAB. Sergeant Purcell is the heart beat of the group playing hand drums and multiple oter per-cussion instruments. This was formed by a mu-tual love and admiration for music through jam sessions and long hours after the duty of practicing. These soldiers came together at Ft. Hood when the band was put on notice of deployemnt to OEF XII and solid-fied their group and musical style. MOAB is an Acoustic group using; two acoustic guitars, electrc bass, hand drums. Their newest member is Specialist Emswiler on bass guitar.

Cheif Warrant Officer 4 Hammond joined the Army in 1990 and has been stationed gksdgkdsfk, ahskdfgskjhfsd. hgsdkjgsa-hashk, ashdkjhgaskjd., and is currently the coommander of the 1 CD band, which is deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom XII.

Sergeant First Class Calkins joined the army in 1990 and has been stationed, S. Korea, Ft Blank, Ft. Blank, Ft Blank and is currently assigned to the 1CD band as a MPT leader of Monster Brass, and Unit Security Manager, and head of Informa-tion System.

Cheif Warrant Officer 4 Hammond joined the Army in 1990 and has been stationed gksdgkdsfk, ahskdfgskjhfsd. hgsdkjgsa-hashk, ashdkjhgaskjd., and is currently the coommander of the 1 CD band, which is deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom XII.

Euphonium player, Supply SGT, Dancer and Cheographer.

Sergeant (SGT) Jason Robert Henry Morgan was born and raised in Flint, MI. After graduating Flint Northern High School, he attended Central Michi-gan University, earning a Bachelors of Music Edu-cation. SGT Morgan went to basic training at FT Jackson, SC. After basic training he was assigned to The U.S. Army Band at FT Myer VA. Currently SGT Morgan is assigned to The 1st Cavalry Divi-sion Band as a euphonium player, supply Sergenat , cheographer and dancer the POP/R & B group, Transitions.

Sergeant Morgan is Photo-graphed with his WWE Cham-pionship after performing with TransitionS Band as a dancer.
