Ingredients2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup water 2 large eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 ounces melted unsweetened baking chocolate
Recipe1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees then arrange cupcake pans with paper liners.2. Mix all ingredients into big mixing bowl and beat at low speed for half minute, and scrape bowl from sides, then mix at high speed for 4 minutes.3. Fill liners 1/2 to 2/3 full of mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick put in middle comes out clean.4. Cool for 15 minutes in pans then take out of the pan, and put them on wire racks to cool completely.5. Frost when chocolate cupcakes are completely set and cool
Ingredients16 oz fettuccine pasta6 tbsp unsalted butter1 to 2 stalks green onions1 cup milk1 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp minced garlic1 cup fresh mushrooms12 ounces chicken breast skinless
Method1. Boil uncooked pasta on a large pot and dice the green onion, chicken and mushrooms. Set aside.2. In a sauce pan, melt the butter on medium heat and add the green onions and mushrooms. Sauté and add the chicken.3. Cook until brown. Then add salt and pepper to taste.4. Add 1 cup of milk to the sauce pan. Cook for six minutes until the sauce reduces.5. Strain and rinse the cooked pasta and transfer to a large pot.6. Add in the milk sauce in the pot with the pasta.7. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook on medium heat or until cheese is melted.
