Duniatex is a professionally managed world class textile company which focuses on spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing.Thecompanyconsistsof7proprietarylimitedcompanies, spread out over several locations on more than 150 hectares of land.

Duniatex was founded in 1974 under the name of CV.DUNIATEXinSurakarta,operatingprimarilyinthefinishingindustry in 1988.

Due to its customer support and trust, Duniatex continued to grow and expand. In 1992, Duniatex took over PT. Damaitex locatedinSemarangwhichoperatedinthefinishingindustry.Furthermore, Duniatex expanded its weaving operations in 1998 by establishing PT. Dunia Sandang Abadi and PT. Delta Merlin Dunia Tekstil.

PT.DeltaMerlinDuniaTekstilcontinuedtogrowin5differentlocations and developed a strong foundation in textile manufacturing in Indonesia.

Duniatex’stirelesseffort,strongcommitmentandhighdedication to quality textile manufacturing have led the company into entering the spinning industry in which yarn is manufactured one of basic elements in the manufacture of textiles (fabric).

In 2003, Duniatex established PT. Delta Merlin Sandang Tekstil and PT. Delta Dunia Tekstil in 2006, followed by the establishment of PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil in 2010.

Duniatex’s objective and orientation is to become the nation’s biggest, strongest and the most reputable name in the textile industry, and further, to become a world leader on its behalf.

Duniatex pays extensive attention to development of human resources and welfare to maintain loyalty and professionalism. Duniatex believes that without the support commitment and loyalty from its reliable andprofessionalstaff,corporateexistenceandattainmentoffuturegoals would be impossible.

DuniatexhasachievedCertificationofQualityStandardsISO:9001:2000. Wtih the support of more than 21,000 labourers. Duniatex’s customers can be found in several countries across four differentcontinents;Asia,Europe,AfricaandtheAmericas,.Duniatexalso continues to spread its wings by developing a number of new factories as well as increasing the number of spindles,: 1,000,000 at present.

PT. DUNIA SETIA SANDANG ASLI TEKSTIL (DSSA) PT. DAMAITEX

PT. DSSA operations are supported by stenter and jet dyeing machine made

in Japan, Taiwan and China which are operated in three shifts daily by 1,200

personnel. This operations is producing 160 million meters every year in

the factory land area of 5,2 hectares. The entire output of this company

is used to fulfill in domestic market in Indonesia.

Established in 1956 in the land of 1.7 hectares.

PT. Damaitex is located at Jalan Simongan No 100

Semarang, Central Java. PT. Damaitex produces fabric

using two stenter machine made in Germany and

are operated in three shifts daily by 500 skilled and

experienced employees. The company has a capacity

of producing 90 million meters fabric annually which

are entirely used domestic market demands.
