    AN A C T August 14. 1974To provide for increased participation by the United States in the Interilatioiial [ s .2665]Development Association and to permit United States citizens to purchase,hold, sell, or otherwise deal uith gold in the United States or abroad.

    B e it enacted b y the Xenate and H ouse of R epresen tatives of theUn ited Sta tes of Anzerica i n Congress assembled, That the Inter- Internationalnational Development Association Act (22 U.S.C. 284 et seq.) is DevelopmentA s s o c l a t l o n .amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section : U.S.p a r t ~ c ~ p a -"SEC.4. (a) The United States Governor is hereby authorized to t';;,;;~,";~;,e.agree on behalf of the United States to pay to the Association four U.S. c l t l z e nannual installmcilts of $375,000,000 each as the United States con- ~~2~;s~;~;";;~.tribution to the Fou rth Replenishment of the Resources of theAssociation."(b) I n order to pay for the United States contribution, there is Appropriation-hereby authorized to be appropriated without fiscal year limitationfour annual installments of $375,000,000 each for payment by theSecretary of the Treasury.".SEC. . Subsections 3 (b) and (c) of Public Law 93-110 (87 Stat.
