Interlocking urban pavers designed to provide long-term structural integrity for roads subjected to high traffic and heavy loads. Their proven performance is made possible by a system of interlocking grooves. Paleo®-Tec pavers give roadways an attractive antique look.

PALEO®-TEC PAVER

Each Paleo®-Tec paver is a 140 mm x 220 mm rectangle 100 mm thick. Along its edges are interlocking grooves that prevent horizontal and vertical shifting. The interlocking system also distributes vehicle loads, as well as acceleration and braking effort over a larger area compared to conventional pavers.

The pavers are factory distressed through mechanical tumbling on hardened concrete, which gives them an antique look reminiscent of a bygone era.

Paleo®-Tec pavers are perfect for high-traffic urban areas such as roads, streets, boulevards and intersections, as well as pedestrian crossings. It can also be used in sidewalks and parking lots.

• Interlocking ensures long-term structural integrity by preventing horizontal and vertical shifting.

• It also redistributes vertical loading on a given unit to several surrounding units, which reduces stress on the upper granular foundation and significantly extends service life.

• Paleo®-Tec pavers are extra thick (100 mm), which gives them greater bending capacity and reduces the risk of breaking.
