These product are to be purchased by the container load in bulk shipments however

each shipment can contain a mixture of products. (tiles and bath room products)

All product are of a high standard and at extremely affordable prices

Terms of sale - 50% deposit upon order placement and the balance of payment is

required FOB (Freight on Board)

Shipping and transport cost are at the buyers expense.

UBS employees will check each container prior to shipping to ensure all orders are

correct.
