2.RACEINFORMATION2.1RACINGNUMBERSAllcompetitorswillbeprovidedwithacompetitionnumberplate&numbersassignedbyBMXAwhichistheonlyplatetobeusedfortheentireNationalChampionshipsincludingtheOceania Championships on Wednesday 21 March 2018 including practice. The schedule will be available on www.bmxaustralia.com.au.BunburyBMXClubwillberunningagatepracticesessiononMonday19Marchfrom6pmto8pmatacost$5perrider.ThispracticewillbesplitintoagegroupsandwillbeadvisedontheBMXAandBMXWAwebsiteandsocialmediaplatformsinduecourse.2.8AWARDSAllathleteswhohaveplacedinthefinalsmustattendtheirrespectivepresentationawardsceremonyandmustwearraceappareltoawardsceremoniesexcludingclipshoes(coveredfootwearisrequired).Failuretodosowillresultinalossofaward(includingprizemoney).

The tables below define how riders will be selected for World Championship entryqualificationwhere theAustralianClasses runat theNationalChampionshipsdonotalignwithUCIWorldChampionshipClasses.

The criteria and subsequent selection for entry to theWorld Championshipswill only beapplied to riders who by the BMXA advertised deadline have advised their intention tocompeteintheWorldchampionshipshouldtheymakethequalification.WherethenumberofnominationsforanyWorldChampionshipClassbelessthanthemaximumallowedquota,theremainingpositionswillremainvacant.
