He was previously with RSA for more than 25 years, starting as a marine underwriter. He has worked overseas for RSA including as CEO for Asia and the Middle East and, most recently, was UK Commercial & Global Relationship Director. LUNCH SPEAKER: Andrew Lock Andrew Lock is the most accomplished high altitude mountaineer in Australian history. He is the only Australian, and just one of a handful of people in the world, to have successfully climbed all 14 mountains on earth higher than 8,000m, including Mt Everest twice. He climbs without oxygen or sherpa support. He has survived avalanches, crevasse falls, frostbite, bivouacs at extreme altitude without equipment, and lost more than 20 friends to the mountains. Andrew’s exceptional achievements in the face of adversity demand leadership, resilience, adaptability, flexibility and motivation. In 2016 he received a bravery commendation for saving three climbers on Mt Everest.
