18HD Specifications

The 18HD is the largest Bandit chipper available under 4.5 tonnes that is fitted with electric brakes. The twin horizontal feed rollers on the 18HD are an oversized 25” wide. This combined with the huge 32cc hydraulic drive motors make for a very powerful and efficient feed system to ensure your trees are processed easily and quickly. Both feed rollers are positioned right up against the chipper drum toensure the 18HD will chip material immediately and also leaves no room for material to get jammed.

18XP Specifications

The heavy-duty feed system features twin horizontal feed rollers that are 10.6” (270mm) in diameter. Both feed rollers are positioned right up against the chipper drum to ensure the 18XP will chip forked material that other chippers cannot process. The 18XP comes standard with many features that are extra price options on other brands. These include Bandit’s hydraulic lift and crush systemwhich helps feed very difficult material and the hydraulic winch to drags in heavy trees safely and quickly.
