Mashed Potato Martini Bar $5 per Person Build your favorite potato; your choice of roasted garlic mashed potatoes or mash sweet potatoes with featured toppings such as; cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives, bacon, broccoli, salsa, marshmallows, brown sugar, pecans etc.
Shrimp and Grits Station $8 per person Sautéed shrimp to order served with a Tasso gravy on Charleston style stone ground grits
Quesadilla Station $8 per person Grilled Chicken with sautéed mushroom, caramelized onions, jack cheese, and figs or grilled flank steak with sautéed peppers and onions and a pepper jack cheese.

Smoked Salmon ~ $6.95 per person Norwegian smoked salmon with capers, red onion, crème fraiche and chopped egg, all served with traditional toast points and crackers.
Charcuterie ~ $7 per person Marinated olives and vegetables, cured meats and sausages. Served with assorted breads and homemade yogurt crackers.
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail ~ $5.95 per person Traditional jumbo shrimp cocktail station with 2 shrimp per person and served on a bed of ice. Add an ice sculpture for that elegant touch.
