The South Gloucestershire Business Show celebrates South Gloucestershire – the diversity and strength of its economy, its people and communities. Taking place on 4 – 5 October 2017 at the Bristol and Bath Science Park, the show will create a broad platform for dialogue, consultation, innovation, collaboration and growth but overall promoting South Gloucestershire as a great place to do business. County Business Shows launched its first show in Gloucestershire in 2015, which has since established itself as the county’s largest gathering of businesses, business leaders and prospective clients. The Show offers opportunities for sponsorship, exhibiting, hosting talks and seminars and contribution to the themed business hubs. We worked in partnership with the Gloucestershire Constabulary to develop and execute Cyber Security scenarios which were very well received by the audience. The show itself was a great insight into the SME market, a key target for PGI and our cyber services and training academy. The visitors to the show engaged well with our stand and the atmosphere at the event was great. As lead sponsors we were involved in speaking slots and branding opportunities which I think were well managed and presented. A huge plus side for myself was the engagement with the shows organisers, Pete and Antonia. As regular exhibitors at trade shows and events I engage with organisers on a daily basis, but the level of professionalism and communication with Pete and Antonia was brilliant and made the whole lead up to the event so much easier. dinner party marking a great celebration of all that is good about business in South Gloucestershire. With superb food, business awards and our charity partner, it provides a fabulous black tie event to enjoy with colleagues and clients.

#SGBS17 Investors’ Dinner – An opportunity for those in the financial sector to

network, enjoy an evening with business colleagues and hear from speakers with insight and experience of helping high-performance businesses develop and grow.

#SGBS17 Business Breakfasts – on both Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 we hold a network breakfast for exhibitors, sponsors, partners and the wider business community to start the day.
