Diocese to form new group of aspiring deacons Men, do you feel you have a calling to the diaconate? If you are a practicing Catholic man and are discerning a vocation to the permanent diaconate please send an email to amy.breindel@raldioc.org by September 13, 2020. The Dioc-esan Office of the Permanent Diaconate is preparing to start the next cohort (group) for the Formation of Permanent Deacons in the Diocese of Raleigh. Appointments will be made for those who express an interest in learning more about the Diaconate and will have the opportunity to ask questions about the formation process. This is the first step for men who are interested, in forming the next group of Aspirants to the Diaconate.

CONFIANZA Las llaves son de gran importancia para quienes las llevan. Representan la confianza y la autoridad del dueño cuando son

entregadas a otra persona. Quizás demos la llave de nuestra casa a un amigo de confianza para que la cuide en nuestra ausencia. Quizás damos las llaves a alguien responsable del mantenimiento u obras de un edificio en particular. Las llaves de vehículos se dan a personas que demuestran ser conductores responsables. Las lecturas de hoy se enfocan en este tipo de

confianza, la confianza que confiere autoridad y responsabilidad. En la Primera Lectura, el símbolo específico es una llave, pero en la Segunda Lectura y en el Evangelio se habla de confianza y liderazgo ya que se refiere a la Iglesia terrena
