The new technologies we are developing on materials:1. Thermoelectric power generation technology
Thermoelectric power generation is a new technology that converts thermal energy to electricity and is expected to be used for waste heat recovery of vehicles and factories.
2. Gallium nitride substrates (GaN)
Gallium nitride substrates are the next generation semiconductor material expected to be used in blue-violet diodes in blue-ray discs, high-intensity white LEDs and power devices et al.
3. New material scintillator crystals
The developed LuAG and GAGG crystals are expected to be applied to medical diagnostic imaging units and radiation counters.
