    MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

Minutes of the previous Special General Body Meeting were read, confirmed and

    signed by the Chairman.

To discuss the plan & allotment provided by Unicore Realty for the

redevelopment project of Valentine CHS (Plan C allocation)

Most of the Society members objected to the allocation done by

Developer in Plan C (Unicore Realty)

Mr. Ashok Lulla & Mr. Naresh Ahuja made it very clear that they will

definitely not accept the placement done by the developer for their

    flats.

Mr. Ahuja, Mr. Lulla, Mr. Lala, Mrs. Punjabi, Mrs. Khatri & Mrs. Suri

requested to maintain peace and harmony & pointed out the fact

that consents by them were given only after Plan B was proposed

by Unicore Realty & there was an affirmation that it is a BMC

approved plan. However, they requested to check with the

developer reasons for getting back on his words and painting a

picture that of Plan B is not feasible anymore.

Further, it was unanimously decided that the Society will take a

second opinion from another PMC /Architect regarding Plan B.

Also, it was requested that we get in writing from the developer

(Unicore Realty) & the PMC (IND+ Architects) that Plan B/ a plan

with 4 flats per floor is not a possibility in Valentine Co-Op Housing

    Society.

there was no further discussion on allocation.

That the Chairman and Secretary then requested to maintain peace

and suggested that we call the PMC (IND + Architect Shri Hemal

Sanghvi) & the Developer M/s. Unicore Realty (Shri. Malcom

Captain) to address the grievances of the members.
