Sir Kensington’s makes all-natural premium condiments from fresh, whole ingredients. Condiments have hundreds of years of history adding flavor and interactivity to food. Unfortunately through mass production and the industrialization of our food system over the past decades, they have been left behind by most devotees of the culinary arts. Three years ago, Sir Kensington’s set out to rectify this atrocity by creating a ketchup made from whole, vine-ripened tomatoes, without high fructose corn syrup, and a flavor to help people fall in love with ketchup again. The product was met with open arms (which is why it can be found in over 3,000 retailers in every state across the country), and this year they introduced an equally delectable mayonnaise made from cage-free eggs, and free of any synthetic preservatives.
