We are delighted to celebrate this 30th anniversary with you, made possible thanks to your involvement and loyalty. Every year, AOP

congress is an opportunity to take a step back from the daily duties of your practice, and to exchange and share your experiences with other

ophthalmologists.

It is also an occasion to take stock of your skills and knowledge, and to take an interest in new disciplines, techniques or technologies. In this

new edition 14 topics are represented in the scientific program through various session formats. In addition, it is an opportunity for us to establish

collaborations with major French and international learned societies. For the first time we are introducing:

- Courses for medical and surgical improvement: Wet and Dry Labs aim to address ophthalmologic surgeons of all levels on a range of key subjects, including zonular insertion, capsular rupture, glaucoma and even small pupil. - A day organized by AOP and ANJO (the National Association of Young Ophthalmologists), offering multidisciplinary and interactive workshops, enabling learning based on concrete clinical cases. This day will be followed by a training evening; an opportunity to continue the interaction between young ophthalmologists. - WORLDWIDE SESSIONS, bringing together leading international experts and their French counterparts on topical or controversial subjects. A unique opportunity to highlight the different practices of our European colleagues. Finally, we are proud to present the AOP Academy to you, our new online learning platform. Accessible throughout the year, the AOP Academy allows you to watch or rewatch videos of AOP congress sessions, as well as those of partner congresses. More than 400 videos are already available, covering all the topics of ophthalmology. The AOP Academy is also a platform that aims to be a real place of exchange between professionals. A unique service is in place: AOP Alert allows you to receive expert advice on cases, procedures or complications. Infused with this new dynamism, we are pleased to welcome you today for the 30th anniversary of AOP.

More than ever, AOP is your must-attend event in ophthalmology.

welcome !

NEW!

AOP insists on complete independence between the non-sponsored instructional courses and the sponsored workshops. All the scientific lectures are presumed to be based on objective interpretations of facts with a fair representation of each theme in ophthalmology.

As a result, all speakers must make a Conflict of Interest declaration (COI) disclosing, with precision all potential influences in the content of their presentations. This disclosure form will be automatically displayed before the presentation slides of the speaker.
