One of the most important reasons why I switched to atms in 2005 was the prospect of being able to continue developing the services at the speed required for the market. 11 years later I can say that we succeed in achieving this constant development every day with our customers.

I was the first person at atms who expressed a wish to take paternity leave. The company responded wonderfully and supported me all the way. I’m pleased that three other dads have followed in my footsteps.

When I talk about the topic, the response is always positive, and many people say: “Well, that’s a really cool company. It would be inconceivable where I work.” Now, years later, I’d like to say THANK YOU once again!

I have been at atms for 13 of these 15 years. In this period, quite a few projects have been launched, revised and adjusted, and a few also soon to be scrapped.

But it is this dynamism, which frequently involves very fast implementation, that makes the everyday work exciting and provides our customers with the opportunities they also enquire about.

atms still impresses me after all these years with its exciting portfolio that comprises a wide range of products, great innovations and the necessary freedoms to permit a flexible response to customer wishes from so many different sectors.

On a single day I had an appointment at a charitable organisation in the morning, with an international financial enterprise at midday and with an erotic hotline provider in the afternoon. That’s difficult to beat in terms of variety!

I’ve been at atms for more than a third of my life. In that time I’ve bought two cars, built two houses and had two children.
