Well i automatica-lly assumed it would be the avengers against The Incredible Hulk since thats what the plot kind of moved towards in Iron man 2 and the end of the 2nd hulk movie. But now im thin-king the Hulk may just be the Avengers first mission and small one ( Even though its to tame the Hulk), I think the main focus of the movie will be around the main Villains Loki and the Skrull. Its rumored that Loki will seek out the Cosmic Cube in order to summon the Skrull and help him conquer Earth
