Where is the UK Athletic Ticket Office located and what are the hours?

The UK Athletic Ticket Office is located in the Joe Craft Center. The doors to the ticket office are located off Lexington Avenue. Our hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Who is eligible for student tickets?• Anyone who is a full time, fees-

paying student (12 hours undergraduate, 9 hours graduate) with a new UK Wildcard Student ID.

• BCTC students who pay the “athletics fee” online and are registered, or BCTC students who live in campus housing.

• The athletics fee will be available to pay in early August.

Student Ticket Accounts• Every student should have an account

already set up in our system. • Emails were sent out June 9 and

included your ACCOUNT ID and PASSWORD.

• If you did not receive an email, please contact the ticket office to receive your account ID and password and verify or update your email address to ensure you receive info from us.

Football Season Tickets• Cost: $35 ($5 per game for 7 games)• Opponents: UT-Martin, Ohio,

Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Louisiana-Monroe, Mississippi State and Georgia

• Important Weekends: – FAMILY WEEKEND: Oct. 11 vs. LA-Monroe–HOMECOMING: Oct. 25 vs. Mississippi St.

How to Purchase Student Season Football Tickets

• ON SALE NOW!! • Go to the website www.UKAthletics.com• Under the “Tickets” tab, click on “Student

Football Tickets” and read all the information• Log in to “My UK Student Account” on

UKAthletics.com using your account number and password.

• EXAMPLE: Account ID - 912345678 Password – 987654

If you don’t know your ID and password, please contact the ticket office.

2014 Student Football Seating Information

•The entire lower and the upper level in the student section are general admission (GA) seating. •Students purchasing GA tickets will have access to the GA seating areas on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets will be ready to pick up from the ticket office mid-August.

Individual Football Game Tickets

• Student single game tickets are $5 each and go on sale August 25 at the Joe Craft Center Ticket Office, based on availability.

• Due to anticipated high demand, students are encouraged to buy a season ticket.

Guest Tickets for Football• Guest tickets for single games go on sale

August 27, based on availability.

• Guest tickets will be full price and guests may sit in the upper level student section: $50 – Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Mississippi St., Georgia$45 – UT-Martin, Ohio, Louisiana-Monroe

• Student tickets may not be “converted” or “upgraded” into guest tickets.

Women’s Soccer vs. South Carolina @ 7:30 p.m.

Men’s Soccer vs. Marshall @ 3 p.m.

Students may show their student ID to get in FREE with up to 3 guests for volleyball and soccer. Tickets on sale July 1 for football at $30 each when you mention Family Weekend.

Men’s Basketball Tickets• Basketball tickets are distributed at lotteries in

Memorial Coliseum.• Students must register as a group or individual

during the online registration period to be eligible for the lotteries.

• Once the registration period ends, there will be a random draw where each group has an equal chance and the winners will be selected.

• On lottery nights, students should enter Memorial Coliseum with others that they want to sit with. There is no advantage to being first or last in line.

Men’s Basketball Tickets (cont.)• You will receive a number when you enter

and once inside, groups of one hundred will be drawn to determine the order in which you purchase tickets at the ticket office.

• Tickets are $5 per game and there are between 3 & 5 games available per lottery. Students may only purchase 1 student ticket per game available.

• You must have your Student ID and pay for tickets with cash or check at the lottery.

Men’s Basketball Tickets (cont.)

• The morning following the lottery, students that were not selected to attend the lottery may purchase any remaining student tickets. Tickets were still available after every lottery last year.

• Guest tickets will be available 2 days after the lottery and will be based on availability. Some games have higher demand and may sell out to the students.

Paying for Tickets• Forms of payment accepted:– Cash – Check– Credit/Debit (not permitted for lotteries)

• If you are writing a check or using a credit or debit card, it must have your name on it, and you will need to show a photo ID.

Accessible Seating Tickets• If you have a need for accessible

seating areas, you must request these tickets by 4 p.m. the Friday before a distribution to ensure availability.
