• Controls. Safety Protections.

• Touch screen manual.

• Machine manual.

• Parts and operation: - Unwinder. - Pouch forming module. - Pouch packaging module.

• Operations and basic settings: - Changing a reel. - Film alignment. - Centring the photocell and jaws plates. - Cold swapping coder digits. - Cleaning sealing jaws. - Preparing the machine for start-up. - Pouch quality control. - Screen alarm management.

DURATION

20 hours.

METHOD

Theory / practical: Classroom training. Practical training on machine.
