MMUULLTTIIWWEEIIGGHHEERR –– WWEEIIGGHH UUPP TTHHEE PPRROOFFIITTSS MultiWeigher Weight Information Management System (WIMS) provides weight

data capture and management for production and packing operations. MultiWeigher is designed to assist pre-packaged goods manufacturers and fresh food producers to:

• Measure and reduce product giveaways • Measure and increase production yields • Measure and manage packing performance of personnel and equipment • Evaluate and record product’s QA attributes • Monitor and comply with statutory weight compliance regulations.

MultiWeigher is used by major Australian fresh food producers and product manufacturers to meet their requirements for weight data capture (from multi-brand checkweighers, scales, balances, multihead weighers, etc.), performance monitoring (including SPC charts), QA sampling, weight compliance (UTML and AQS), reporting and management analysis. MultiWeigher WIMS was developed in Australia to closely align its functionality with NMI principles and with local manufacturing practices. Running on Windows 7 and Windows 8 (beta) operating systems, MultiWeigher is supplied with an included database for product parameters, weigh equipment information and product weights data (including statistics). MultiWeigher can be customised and enhanced with additional features to reflect specific weighing requirements and preferences.
