12,697.6 kWdc Project: Shichinohe III, Japan The installation site of the Nippon Renewable Energy KK (NRE) had to be built in a specific structural design with a total of 29.184 mounting poles with partly more than 6 m total length. The extreme wind- and snow load in the area requires high-end mounting quality and excellent racking system design and material quality. In summer 2015 our company partnered with ForShine Mechanics LLC to support the EPC with our skilled ramming, drilling and racking installation teams. The instructors and site managers from Europe were very much impressed that the multi-national team was able to keep a ramming average of above 450 standard poles per machine per working day. The drilling team and the “special team” for the long rear poles with European instructors and Japanese operators had special equipment shipped to Aomori prefecture and finisher their part long before the project deadlines. This system now generates green energy on former not used swamp-land and will withstand the extreme weather conditions due to its excellent racking system and immaculate installation Our goal is to provide excellent and immaculate installations for our world-wide acting clientele.
