THE THREE WOES OF REVELATION 9 By George Lujack REVELATION 9:12 (NKJV): One woe is past. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things. The first woe of Revelation 9 passed in the Gregorian calendar year 2015. Two more woes are coming. The woes increase in intensity and calamity. When the third woe occurs, it signals the beginning of the great tribulation. This article will chronicle the first woe of Revelation 9 that has passed, and the two more woes that are coming afterward. The first woe of Revelation 9 was impossible for any man to decipher and could not be revealed until it had passed. REVELATION 9:3 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: Then out of the smoke locusts [ARMORED HELICOPTERS AND FIGHTER PLANES] came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

REVELATION 9:4-5 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree [GLOBAL WARMING CONCERNS], but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads [ISLAMIC MILITANTS]. And they were not given authority to kill them, but to torment them for five months [THROUGH DESTROYING THEIR MILITARY BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, SUPPLIES, VEHICLES, AND WEAPONS].

REVELATION 9:5 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man.

REVELATION 9:7 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: The shape of the locusts [ARMORED HELICOPTERS] was like HORSES PREPARED FOR BATTLE. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and THEIR FACES were like THE FACES OF MEN.

REVELATION 9:8-10 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: They had hair [ROTOR BLADES] like [STRANDS OF] women’s hair, and their teeth were like lions’ teeth [HELICOPTER ARTISTIC DESIGN IMAGES]. And they had breastplates [COCKPITS] like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle. They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months.

The first woe of Revelation 9, the torment of Muslim men without the seal of God on their foreheads, figuratively speaking, was fulfilled. Revelation 9:1-11 has passed. The American-led coalition intervention in Syria began on September 22, 2014 and ended 6-months later on April 08, 2015. Muslim men, men without the seal of the true God on their forehead, men who worship Allah and Mohammad, were tormented for five out of those six months (Revelation 9:4-5). During those five months, Islamic military buildings, supplies, tankers, vehicles, and weapons were destroyed, but no ISIS militants or Muslim civilians were killed.1 3

REVELATION 9:12 (NKJV): One woe is past. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things. The first woe is described in Revelation 9:11, but the second and third woes are not. All that is stated is “Behold, still two more woes are coming,” without specifying what those two woes are. Revelation 9:13-21 then skips ahead to the great tribulation, describing some of the events that will occur during the great tribulation when one third of mankind will be killed. REVELATION 9:15: So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released TO KILL A THIRD OF MANKIND. The second and third woes of Revelation 9:12 must first be fulfilled before a third of mankind is killed. The first woe is linked to the second woe, which is linked to the third woe. The three woes mentioned in Revelation 9:12 are inflicted upon two countries: Syria and the United States of America. THE SECOND WOE: THE DESTRUCTION OF DAMASCUS, SYRIA ISAIAH 17:1 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: Behold, Damascus [SYRIA] will cease from being a city, and it will be a ruinous heap. Isaiah 17:1 is a plainly stated prophetic verse, which does not require any interpretation. Damascus, Syria is one of the world’s oldest, continually inhabited cities. It will cease from being a city and it will be a ruinous heap.

JEREMIAH 50:18 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: Thus says YHWH (the Lord) of hosts, the God of Israel: “Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon [PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES] and his land [AMERICA], as I have punished the king of Assyria [SYRIA]. 4

THE THIRD WOE: THE DESTRUCTION OF THE UNITED STATES REVELATION 11:14: The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly. MATTHEW 24:7,21 (NKJV): “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.” … “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.” There is one country, one nation, which stands in the way of nation rising against nation and kingdom rising against kingdom: the world’s peacekeeper – the United States of America. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and then there will be great tribulation. One third of the world’s population will be killed during the great tribulation wars. The third woe is the destruction of Babylon the great (America) –Revelation 14:8, 18. Once the United States is destroyed, there will be no world peacekeeper to prevent nations from rising against nations and kingdoms from rising against kingdoms. There will not be a World War 3; there will be a great tribulation of regional wars between nations and kingdoms. ISAIAH 18:1-2 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: WOE to the land [AMERICA] shadowed with buzzing wings [COMMERCIAL AIRPLANES], which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia [ACROSS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN], … a people terrible from their beginning onward, a nation powerful and treading down, whose land THE RIVERS DIVIDE.

REVELATION 18:10,16-19 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: ‘Alas, alas, that great city [NATION] Babylon [AMERICA], that mighty city [NATION]! For in one hour your [AMERICA’S] judgment has come.’ … ‘Alas, alas, that great city [NATION] … For in one hour such great riches came to nothing.’ Every [CARGO] shipmaster, all who travel by [CARGO] ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood at a distance and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, ‘What is like this great city [NATION]?’ … ‘Alas, alas, that great city [NATION], in which all who had [CARGO] ships on the sea became rich by her [AMERICA’S] wealth! For in one hour she [AMERICA] is made desolate.’ SUMMATION OF THE THREE WOES OF REVELATION 9 The first woe was the torment of Syrian Muslim men who do not have the faith of the true God of the Holy Scriptures. For five months, between September 22, 2014 and April 08, 2015, America-led coalition forces tormented Islamic militants and Muslim civilians by bombing and destroying their military buildings, equipment, facilities, supplies, vehicles, tankers, and weapons. During this 5-month period there were no Islamic military or Muslim civilian war casualties. American-led coalition forces also did not harm any trees or green grass during this containment bombing campaign, due to global warming concerns. The first woe occurred during the tetrad blood moon cycle of 2014-2015. Two more woes will follow the first woe (Revelation 9:12), and each woe intensifies in calamity from the previous woe. 6

The second woe is the destruction of Damascus, Syria (Isaiah 17:1). Damascus, one of the world’s oldest continually inhabited cities, will cease from being a city and it will be a ruinous heap. Damascus is a city with an estimated population of 1.7 million people as of 2017. The next scheduled tetrad blood moon cycle will appear in 2033-2034, which is when Damascus will likely be destroyed. The third woe is the destruction of the United States of America. America will be destroyed just as Damascus was destroyed (Jeremiah 50:18). The United States will be destroyed by fire, through nuclear annihilation, in one hour (Revelation 18:10,16-19). The United States is a nation with an estimated population of 325 million people as of 2017. There will be an American pre-tribulation rapture for righteous American saints (Isaiah 18:5). The third woe comes quickly after the second woe passes (Revelation 11:14).
