The ACT MICRO is the entry level of the range and comes in two versions. The standard machine is equipped with the ESA S630 control and drives where the deluxe model is equipped with the Hypertherm Edge Connect CNC and Bosch Rexroth Drives and motors. Both versions are built to a high standard and support the Hypertherm Powermax range of plasma systems or the Hypertherm Maxpro 200 long life oxygen plasma system for improved cut quality and much higher consumable life.

The MICRO can be supplied with either a water table or sectional fume table.

MINI The ACTMINI is a compact Dual Drive

De ACTMAXOR is a robust Dual Drive plasma cutting machine designed for in house production or for sub contract cutting operations. Up to 30.000 x 5.000 x 100 mm.

Plasma systemsThere’s a wide range Hypertherm plasma systems available from Powermax systems up to 125 amps for the Micro, Mini and Minor. The HPR 130XD, HPR 260XD and the XPR300 for the Mini, Minor, Maxor and the Major. The Maxor and Major can also be equipped with Hypertherm plasma systems up to 800 Amps.

MarkingPlasma marking is available on versions with automatic gas console. A small character inkjet printer with rotating device for printing lines and text in all directions is an option. This system can be mounted on a separate station.

3D BevelTo cut bevels for welding preparation we use a Ima Tecno bevel device completely controlled by the CNC. The required Pronest Bevel module makes programming easy.

Extra stationThe Maxor and Major can be equipped with one or more additional stations. These stations can be provided with an extra plasma system, an extra oxy fuel Torch or an inkjet marking device or a drill/ mill unit. These station are autonomic and controlled by the CNC.

Water tables with reservoir and adjustable water level or dry cutting tables with sections for the best possible performance in combination with big removable dross bins are available for all types machines. Plate exchange tables en storage systems are available on all models.

PronestPronest 2017 is an advanced CAD/CAM programme that makes it easy

avoid human errors on the machine.

Gas cutting i.e. oxy fuelGas cutting is an option on the Maxor and Major. We use the high quality IHT Automation systems. These are fully automated and controlled by the CNC.

Drill and Mill unitsThere are 3 different types drill and mill units available. A single drill/ tap unit, a 6 tool revolver unit and a drill/mill unit with 25 positions tool changer. These units are fully controlled by the CNC.

Cutting tubes and pipes from 60 mm up to 610 mm. Available as an option on our machines and also asa standalone machine.

De ACTMAJOR is a robust machine designed for in house production or sub contract cutting operations. This system is designed for high productivity and low operational cost, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Up to 50.000 x 6.500 x 200 mm.

The ACTMINOR is a solid machine designed for in house production. Up to 15.000 x 2.500 x 50 mm.
