Moving In

You should receive the following information from your Corporate+ Administrator:

Corporate+ URL for Users

Corporate+ Username

Corporate+ Password

Please click on the Corporate+ URL for users to access your Corporate+ Account.

Corporate+ Users Site

To gain access to your Corporate+

account, click on the Sign In link here.

Tip You may want to add this

page to your web browser’s bookmark so that you can

easily return to it later.

The sign in box will appear asking for

your Username and Password.

Enter your username and password as provided to

you by your Administrator and click on the Login

button.

Through regular use your Corporate+

Account will eventually look like this.

This is what a fresh Corporate+

account looks like when you first log into your account. Most

sections will be quite empty.

This panel shows your personal download credit balance as well

as any sharing of lightboxes notifications.

This shows the latest group based activity and the amount of credits remaining for the groups in which

you are a member.

This panel shows your latest viewed images. Just in case you need to refer

to them again.

This section shows the history of recently searched

keywords. This allows you to quickly click any keyword and conveniently resume your last

search activity.

The Recent Downloads panel shows what you have recently

downloaded. Switch between Personal and Group downloads by clicking on the

appropriate tabs.

Clicking your username on the top right hand corner will reveal a navigation menu.

Searching for Content

Searching for content on the

Corporate+ platform is simple and can be done from ALL

sections.

Searching for Content

1. Key in your desired search item. Separate

keywords with a comma or space. A drop down

list will also appear giving you some suggestions for

popular searches.

2. Select the content type

that you wish to search for. All images will include

Photos and Illustrations. Footage and Audio will

limit results to video and audio respectively.

3. Click on the Search button

to view the results.

Advanced Search Allows you to refine your searches depending on additional criteria.

Mini Lightbox

Quickly switch and manage your lightboxes without moving away

from the results page.

The Advanced Search Bar

Click on << to hide the Advanced Search bar.

Shows you the most recent additions.

Narrow down the content that you expect

to find. My Faves will only search through the

portfolios of the contributors you have

“Faved”

You may also narrow down your search

results by the model’s ethnicity.

certain age group, make your selection here.

Want a particular image orientation? Make your

choice here.

Or by the number of models you desire.

The Advanced Search Bar If you prefer to receive

images which are isolated on white,

choose Cut Out, and if you do not wish to receive any images with nude models, please check the

Without Nudity option. With all these powerful filtering and sorting options, finding the

right content for your projects will be a

breeze!

Make your color preference from this color swatch. Your results will return

images that consist predominantly of this

color.

Random returns results by keyword relevancy. Most downloaded will return our best selling images, while Latest will sort the results

using a recency order, from latest to the

oldest.

Lightbox = Content Bookmark

The mini lightbox is a powerful tool for image

researchers. Use the lightbox to “bookmark”

any content of interest that meets your project’s criteria.

1. Click on the Create button to create your first

lightbox.

2. Choose a suitable lightbox

name.

3. Determine if you want this lightbox to be private to you only or if you’re

collaborating on this project as a group, choose the group’s name

from the drop down list.

4. Click on the Submit button to save and create

your first lightbox.

Lightbox = Content Bookmark

1. To change lightboxes, click on this drop down list

to display the available

lightboxes.

2. Select the desired lightbox you wish to make active. All images

added to lightbox will be added to this one from now on.

1. To add an image to the current

lightbox, click on the Add to

Lightbox checkbox.

2. A smaller thumbnail representing the image will

be shown in the mini lightbox.

1. Another method is to click the Add to Lightbox from

an image’s detailed view page.

2. A smaller thumbnail representing the image will

be shown in the mini lightbox.

Exploring the Mini Lightbox Email : Click this to email the lightbox contents. Useful when securing

approval from your Clients.

Remove Lightbox: Click this delete the and its lightbox

contents.

Options : Use this link to

rename the lightbox.

Export Lightbox : Use this link to export the contents of the

lightbox to a PDF file or CSV file.

Exploring the Mini Lightbox

From left to right, these 3 buttons are used to: Left button - Expands the lightbox.

Middle button - Goes to the normal lightbox view. Right button – Minimizes the lightbox.

1. Before you can download any content, you have to conduct a search and then click on the content you require.

Large preview: When you float your mouse over any content thumbnail, a larger

content preview will be shown to you.

clicking on the small thumbnail in your

mini lightbox.

2. View through the resolution / image sizes that you require for your project. Click on the Download button of the appropriate size to begin the download process.

2a. Please note that there is a waiting period of about 1 working day or less when you order the larger image sizes (100MB / 200MB / 300MB TIFF) from our Image Enlargement Specialists.

2b. If you or your client will be using the content in a

product for resale. Please select the Extended License

tab to download the appropriate license for the

required usage.

Click here to switch between viewing the

RAW Size info (in MB) or its equivalent Output Size

(in pixels).

Print Only Extended License Aggregate 10,000 copies of printed products for resale. Content goes on mugs, print canvases, post cards, acrylic displays, print on demand objects.

Electronic Only Extended License Choose this license if the content is going to be used as a core product offering for a mobile app, software application or design template for resale.

Comprehensive Extended License Limitless print runs for both printed and electronic products for resale purposes.

Note: Downloading ANY content under an

Extended License will give you its TIFF (for stock photo) or EPS (for illustrations)

version of the content.

3. Choose to use your Personal credit allocation

or your Group credit allocation.

Note: If you choose to download using any Group download credit allocation, the image will

be available to other group members.

The summary of the size and its cost in

download credits for this download is displayed.

4a. Normal download will deduct the required credits

if the image was never licensed before.

4b. Re-license download

will deduct required credits even if the image was

licensed in the past.

Note: Use Re-license, if another

client is requesting commissioned work of a

previously licensed image.

Note: Under Normal download,

previously licensed images can be downloaded for FREE if they have

been licensed before.

Image Tagging: You may wish to tag downloaded images with relevant information like invoice numbers, customer names or codes to make

customer billing, image identification and retrieval easier.

5. Remember to select the tag before clicking the

download button to apply the tag to the image.

6. The image has now been tagged. Image tag(s) will only be saved when the

image is downloaded. You may add multiple tags to any

image.

7. Click on the Download button to start the

download process. Check your downloads folder on your computer for the downloaded content.

Understanding the Image Detail Page

Similar stock photos panel shows other noteworthy

images that closely resembles this image.

Keywords panel shows the keywords this image is

associated with. Click on any keyword to conduct

a new search.

The Of the same Model panel shows you other

images that the same model(s) also appear in.

Size & Licenses shows the available image sizes and licenses that are

available for download.

Extended License click this tab if you are using this image on a product

for resale purposes.

The Photographer panel shows the photographer’s name. You may also view the photographer’s Portfolio or Add to Fave list if you like the contributor’s style for easier search options later on.

The image detail shows a large preview thumbnail, allows you to add this image to your lightbox, search for visually similar looking images as well as download a watermarked comp image.

Similar Search Results

The above shows a Browse Similar Images search. Notice that the color tone and content is visually similar to the previous image.

Download History

You may view your

Download History by clicking on the View Download History.

OR by clicking on the Download History menu item here.

The download history may paginate especially when there have been many downloads in a

mature Corporate+ account.

Download History Panels

Here are additional

options that you can use to narrow image results

by a particular date or by specific Tags.

The main Download History panel behaves very much like

the search results pages. Floating your mouse

over any thumbnail will produce a larger preview of

that particular content.

Filtering Download History Results

Info You can use various filters to view your Download History.

[A] Show content downloaded during a certain month and year using these drop down options.

[B] You may also choose to view content that were downloaded using Personal credits or Group credits or both

[C] Content with certain tags associated with it can also be used to short list files in the Download History.

Viewing Image Tags

Clicking on the Download

Details link under any image detail will show

more information related to the image itself.

Clicking on the View Tags

link under any image detail will show the tags

that are linked to that image download.

Click on any tag to Download Details

shortlist the other images that are associated with

the same tag.

Editing Existing Image Tags

1. Clicking on the Edit

Tags link will allow you to manage the tags

associated with this image.

2. A new window will appear displaying the

existing tags of the image. You may add new tags or remove old ones.

3. Click on the Save

Changes buttons to apply the new tag associations

to the image.

Viewing Image Tags

Clicking on the Image Thumbnail will also bring you the image detail page. Images

that have been tagged will now display all tags associated with it just below the

Photographer’s info panel. [A] A

Other Download Info

Clicking on the number of Total Downloads for an image will tell you the group under which the download was made.

Redownloading an Image

The previously downloaded size of each image is visible towards the bottom of

each thumbnail. Clicking on the Size will automatically start the download

for that image again..

Faved Photographers

If you find that a certain contributor’s portfolio

consistently has shots that meet your requirements

often, you add the contributor into your

favorite photographer’s list. Adding a contributor to

your list of faved contributors allows you to

perform searches for content limited to these

particular portfolios.

Click on the Add to Fave link from any image detail

page to add this contributor to your list of Faved

Photographers.

Click on the Fave

Photographers menu item to manage your

list of favorite photographers.

Click on the Remove button to remove a certain contributor

from your list of Faved Photographers

Click on any Faved

Photographer’s thumbnail to view the Faved Photographer’s

portfolio.

Download User’s Guide

Clicking on the Download Guide menu item will allow you to download guides for this user’s guide as well as other guides that will help you maximize the benefits from using your Corporate+ Account.

Contact Information

If you are experiencing any

difficulty in using your Corporate+ account, click on the Contact item to view the

various help options are available to you.

Corporate+ Language Settings

Corporate+ currently

supports 16 languages. Choose your preferred language option here.

Searches can now be made

in the selected language. The entire site’s text will also

be localized accordingly.

Changing your Password

Once you receive your

default password from your Corporate+ Administrator, we recommend that you change your password

immediately to secure your Corporate+ Account.

Click on the Change

Password link to change your password.

Please key in your old password and then your new password. Repeat your new password in the Confirm New Password

textbox. Lastly, click on Change Password to save.

Security Tip We recommend that you choose a password that: 1. Is at least 6 characters

long 2. have a mixture of

alphabets (a-z, A-Z) AND 3. contains numbers (0-9)

as well.

Please note that passwords are CaSe

SeNsiTiVe.

Logging out of Corporate+

When you’re done working with your Corporate+ account or if you are going to leave your computer unattended, please log out of your Corporate+ account to prevent unauthorized access. If you leave your session idle for 10 minutes, you

will be automatically logged out as well.

You may log out at any time by clicking on the Logout link from the menu bar.

Corporate+ Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your

password you may click on the Forgot Password

button.

Key in your username or email

and then click on Get Password. Then check your email for a

password reset link.
