We have 1705 useful carriers modulated in 64-QAM (6 bits/symbol) with a symbol frequencyof 4464.286 Hz, which gives a bitrate of:

The bit-rate calculation must take into account the guard interval (i.e., 32/33 with = 1/32) andthe channel coding overheads (i.e., 2/3 for puncturing and 188/204 for RS coding), thereforethe useful bit-rate:

Minimum bit-rate: 4.98 Mb/s (QPSK modulation, guard interval 1/4, code rate 1/2)
Maximum bit-rate: 31.67 Mb/s (64-QAM, guard interval 1/32, code rate 7/8)
One can see that the bit-rate can vary in a ratio from 1 to more than 6!
