1) IT Product Sales – FCN has established relationships and reseller agreements with over 700 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of IT products utilized in today Federal Government IT operations. FCN is always engaged in identifying new and emerging companies with leading, new technologies to add to its core product line.

2) IT Product Sales with Subject Matter Expert Installation Services – Often as part of a product sale, FCN provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to:

Design solutions to meet a customer’s specific needs/requirements.

Provide a proof of concept testing and development service.

Provide installation services – As part of a product sale often time FCN SMEs install new equipment as part of a product/solution purchase. These SMEs install the equipment and then train customer designated personnel how to run and support the new equipment.

3) Personnel Support Services - FCN currently staffs highly qualified IT personnel to support various Federal Government IT operations, on a contracted permanent basis. These personnel services are billed on a monthly basis.
