Program description Limited time migration program designed to offer a smooth, cost-
efficient transition for current SE200 customers to the new Polycom CMA platform
Program start date/announcement: October 20, 2008 Program end date: March 31, 2009 NST: 2008-07-20456
Target audience: ReadiManager™ SE200 Customers Current customers that purchased the ReadiManager SE200 prior to
10/20/2008 Customers participating in migration program must have existing
SE200 maintenance contract in place Customers must provide copy of original and any successive
purchase orders to validate system size

Purchase 100 CMA licenses for $12,500 (USD) and receive CMA 4000/5000 hardware at no additional charge Existing SE200 licenses will be migrated to new hardware
Existing licenses will be rounded to the nearest 100 Lotus and Microsoft Outlook Scheduling licenses will be enabled/transferred Customers with a redundant server for the SE200 can upgrade the redundant
server for $12,500 Customer must purchase implementation and service agreement
